It is a two-stage treatment scheme.
In the first stage, the free moisture which is basically the food of the mould is evaporated by flowing dry air with 30-35% humidity at 40-45°C
In the second stage, the shoes pass under strongly required intensity UV lamps which breaks the cells of the mould.
Furthermore, the conveyor does not run continuously. It is intermittent, which gives more time for reaction.
In this way, the system is very effective in comparison to the available systems in the market.
